Jorge Luis Pla

Jorge Luis Pla has represented clients in business matters, family law and civil litigation matters for over twenty years. 

Jorge's business law practice involves business formations as well as drafting corporate, partnership and limited liability company agreements.  

Jorge’s family law practice encompasses all aspects of divorce, dissolution of marriage, and legal separation. Jorge has effectively resolved divorces involving corporate reorganizations, business valuations, division of retirement assets, duration of marriage disputes, financial misconduct, support calculations for high earning individuals, and property division disputes.   

Jorge is an experienced trial attorney certified by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. His civil litigation practice focuses on business matters and on legal malpractice.  Jorge has significant litigation experience in contract disputes, and in enforcing individual rights against a corporation and vice versa. Jorge also has substantial experience in obtaining compensation for individuals wronged by their immigration or family law attorney. 

When he is not working, Jorge enjoys reading, playing tennis, sailing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
